1975 Cobourg Angels Women's Fastball photos -Team, Battery, Infield, Outfield & newspaper articles. Ontario Junior B champions over Brookville – Lakeshore League champs over Lakefield. Oshawa Tournament winners.  This was one of the Angels first Ontario Titles and one of the most dramatic! Cobourg took the first game vs. Brookville 8-4 (August 19), Brookville won 2-1 (August 21).  Back in Brookville (August 26), after losing 3-1 the team fights back to win 4-3.  This game was intensified by some spectacular plays including a fly ball tipped off the glove of one outfielder and caught by another (Pat Richardson and Joanne Drury) resulting in a double play. The winning run scored by Judy West (who was not to be at the game but arrived late having been driven 3 hours by her Minister from Bible Camp) on a throwing error of the Brookville pitcher fielding a bunt by Judy Davey.  Such a Thrilling Game!!  Bill Foote added to coaching roster.

1972 Coverdale Angels Women's Fastball photos -Team, Battery, Infield, Outfield & newspaper articles. Provincial Juvenile A semi-finalists lose to East Guildwood. The Angels enter the Lakeshore Women’s Juvenile League and finish as semi-finalists losing to Oshawa Woodview Park.

1970 Coverdale Angels Women's Fastball photos -Team, Battery, Infield & newspaper articles. Provincial Juvenile A finalists lose to Eringate. Durham County League finalists lose to the other Cobourg entry in the league, the Cobourg Martin Sunoco Intermediates.

1969 Coverdale Angels Women's Fastball photos -Team, Battery, Infield, Outfield and newspaper articles. The team is strengthened by adding more local talent and pitching.  There were 5 pitchers on this team and 3 catchers.  The team successfully captured the Durham County Intermediate Women’s League Championship.

1968 Coverdale Angels Women's Fastball photos -Team, Battery, Infield, Outfield and newspaper articles. The beginning of the “Angels”.  Coaches, Paul Currelly, Gord Burdick and Ev Walters combine the Coverdale Aces/Angels teams and recruit top players from the Cobourg town league and surrounding area. They enter their Juvenile team (under 16) into the Durham County Intermediate League (age unlimited) and compete in the provincial playoffs. They complete the season as PWSA Juvenile Semi-finalists to Richmond Hill – Durham league finalists to Port Hope Knights.  Harnden and King Construction agrees to sponsor team and continues to do so for the next 20 years.
